Great set of bands (approximate resistance 5-15 pounds).
- Use in the Vertical Jump program
- Experienced upper level 4 jump rope exercises
- Younger players will use it to develop flexibility
- Upper body strength training especially with smaller muscle groups needing less resistance
- Used with younger students to develop large muscle group’s upper and lower body including core strength
- Also used along with heavier bands to provide extra resistance with upper and lower body drills for elite level players
