WHAT SETS OUR EXTREME CONCEPTS APART FROM ANY OTHER CAMP?

COLLEGIATE LEVEL TRAINING

Our Extreme Concepts Camp is our highest intensity, most dense skill-based training we offer. We typically require campers to first attend our Point Guard Elite camp before this one. This camp includes everything from PGE, with even more concepts and more detailed breakdowns. These are full days of skills training, quickness training, in-game situational drills, and much, much more.

“I WOULDN’T BE PLAYING DIVISION I BASKETBALL WITHOUT MY TRAINING FROM OTTER.”

“IF YOU DON’T REALLY, REALLY WANT IT, THEN IT’S PROBABLY NOT FOR YOU, BECAUSE IT’S A LOT OF WORK.”

“HE’S PROBABLY THE BEST AT PLAYER
DEVELOPMENT THAT I’VE EVER SEEN.”

everything from our point guard elite, and more. with more intensity!

POINT GUARD BALLHANDLING SKILLS

Handling like an elite point guard is not about doing as many moves as you can. It’s about efficiency. We teach drills on where to keep the ball while dribbling, how to read your defender, beating a double team, and more.

ELITE AND EFFICIENT SHOOTING

There’s a reason our kids have gone on to become some of the best shooters in the country. We’ll teach you how to shoot in a variety of situations. Shoot accurately, the same way, every time.

PASSING AND OFF-BALL MOVEMENT

You can’t have a point guard camp without teaching the most effective ways to pass, and move without, the ball. There’s a reason Otter kids turn over the ball significantly less than others. Learn where to pass from in relation to the body. Without the ball, you’ll learn where to be, how to screen properly, and much more.

BASKETBALL KNOWLEDGE AND IQ

This applies to ALL aspects of the game, both on and off the court. Knowing when to blow by a defender, when to cross, when to step back and create space, where to be without the ball, how to come off a screen, and everything in between. Learning how to study patterns so that you know what to expect from an opponent. A lot of camps can give you drills and scrimmages, but you’ll only level up to your maximum potential with IQ like this.

DISCIPLINE AND CONSISTENT TRAINING

We always say we train players so that they can learn how to train themselves. Our camps are incredibly valuable to basketball players training to play in college, but that will only happen if you keep a consistent, effective training strategy at home. You’ll leave with a long list of drills, technique, and strategy to keep your own daily workouts going, and reach your highest potential.
