  • Use in the Vertical Jump program
  • Experienced upper level 4 jump rope exercises
  • Younger players will use it to develop flexibility
  • Upper body strength training especially with smaller muscle groups needing less resistance
  • Used with younger students to develop large muscle group’s upper and lower body including core strength
  • Also used along with heavier bands to provide extra resistance with upper and lower body drills for elite level players
