At OtterBasketball we realize it is important to compete everyday. In this workout players will have the opportunity to compete against myself in a high intensity workout to find out how they measure up. Players will not be allowed to go through the motions or shoot undisciplined shots because every drill is on the clock. This workout is great for coaches as well to use with their team or for the serious player that is alone in the gym working on their shot. It can be performed by six players simultaneously at six different baskets or by one player in a half hour period. We are all about practice that brings game results. This video allows players to get off a lot of shots in a short period of time while holding them accountable to shooting high quality shots in high-pressure situations.
