The V.I.P. Workouts are built for serious players of all ages, from elementary and middle school athletes through high school and college players. Each program begins at the athlete’s current level and progresses systematically, ensuring steady improvement while reducing the risk of wasted time or ineffective training. Every workout is structured with purpose, progression, and performance in mind. If you are the athlete who is traveling from a basketball trainer to a strength coach to a speed trainer, trying to fit everything into an already packed schedule, this program was built for you.

In addition to the structured workouts, V.I.P. Workouts include a weekly live Zoom meeting with Coach Jason Otter. During these sessions, Coach Otter evaluates submitted workout videos, provides individualized feedback, and explains why drills are performed in specific ways. He also breaks down how training concepts directly apply to real game situations.

The V.I.P. Workouts are a fully integrated training system that includes video instruction, game concepts, individual basketball workouts, strength training, and speed development. Everything is designed to work together inside one platform, giving athletes the tools they need to train themselves at a high level—anytime, anywhere.
