At OtterBasketball, we believe in training our athletes to be able to train themselves. With our digital workout program, that’s exactly what you’ll be able to do. Between our Virtual Training, Online Workouts, and combination options, you can have the perfect basketball training program, custom-designed for you!

Shooting Workouts: Improve your shot consistency and efficiency with a tailored training program over several weeks of time. See how OtterBasketball kids have become the best shooters on their teams, leagues, and even at the highest level of basketball.
Ball Handling Workouts: Handle the basketball as an elite point guard should: with a purpose. We’ll give you a training regiment that will have you confidently setting up you and your team for success, dramatically decreasing your turnovers, and increasing your playmaking/scoring..
Intensity and Consistency: Most athletes struggle to work out on their own with these two VERY important qualities. With our program, you work out alongside Jason. No cutting corners, no hanging around mid-workout. Intensity and consistency combined with great habits create amazing results!

We Train You, So You Can Train Yourself

These organized, high-level workouts can range from 2-7 days per week, based on your custom needs. Choose the program that’s best for you:

Virtual Trainer - Pro Package

Our most popular, highest-level package. This combines the online workouts style with our classic Virtual Trainer, providing you with daily workouts (30 minutes – 2 hours per day). You’ll have a combination of filmed workouts to follow, as well as written out workout days, with each drill described thoroughly in text and video.

Online Workouts

A highly customizable workout plan, based on your desired training outcome. Our Online Workouts can be used every day, for multiple hours a day, 3 days a week for an hour, etc. Train with Jason’s custom workout plans and keep track of your progress along the way!

Our classic training option. Train 2-4 days per week with Jason in a highly organized workout. Just hit play, and follow along, wherever you are!
