This workout is designed for players who have been working out with the principles taught in the original Explosive Guard Workout. Concepts covered include taking actual contact off the dribble, use of speed harness, finishing at the basket, shooting the pull-up, beginner level tennis ball drills, Jump ropes to help develop foot speed, and much more.
