“The Gun” Workout
At OtterBasketball, we teach our players to play above their athletic set. In order for a player to successfully do this, they must be a deadeye shooter. We recommend that a player take 800-1,000 shots daily using the proven OtterBasketball Shot Development Program. Taking this many shots on a daily basis can be very beneficial as long as you get the most out of yourself by using proper technique and taking shots in a number of game type situations.
