Advanced Workouts
The advanced weekly workouts are very intense and should only be attended by players who have been attending group workouts on a regular basis. It is important that players understand that Jason will push them physically and mentally. Students need to be in great physical shape before attending this workout.
These workouts are very intense and should only be attended by players who have completed the NEW to Jason group workouts, a minimum of two of our accelerated basic group workouts, or attended one or more of the Point Guard Elite Camp(s) or a minimum of 4 one-day camps.
College players, and advanced high school players attend these workouts. We do offer an advanced group workout exclusively for the 7th and 8th grade co-ed player, but they are not allowed to attend the College and High School level of advanced training.
These advanced group workouts are set-up for maximum of only 12 players. We offer them in a variety of locations for 5-10 weeks, one hour per week.
