Bring Jason to You
Jason Otter and OtterBasketball currently travels all over the country throughout the year and would love to come to your area. You can set up camps, clinics, and workouts in your town by calling toll free: (866) 357-2966 or simply contacting us online.
OtterBasketball has designed a system for training individuals to reach their full potential as players and teammates, physically and mentally, while also holding them accountable for their development. The System gives players a Plan and teaches them the best way to train to maximize physical potential while teaching old school work ethic.
OtterBasketball training is based on the idea of Continuity of Principle Application. We start by giving all players a proper, solid foundation that leads into OtterBasketball’s efficiency and familiarity of movement concepts which are unlike any other program in the country today. These concepts allow the average player to compete with elite players through a systematic approach that will reconstruct an athlete and lead to immediate improvement from an individual and team aspect. While this instruction is taking place Jason is also demonstrating the intensity, passion, and commitment to succeed that players and teams must have to achieve success and reach their goals.
The system is laid out by Jason himself and can be adapted to fit a program’s needs depending on a coach’s desired request.
What Others Are Saying
“I have been coaching for 31 years and have been looking for various ways to help kids grow in our great game. What I saw Jason do with a group of 25 kids over 8 hours in 2 days was, without question, the single best thing that a kid who wants to be a player could do!!!! Hard work, dedication and a great plan can take you wherever you want to go!!!”

I wanted to thank Jason for a terrific performance in Xenia. Our kids have not stopped talking about it! They are working on several of the key points Jason taught and we are able to reference “Now would be a great time to use the move Jason showed you.” We look forward to bringing you back!

Jason Otterís School of Basketball.......INTENSITY!!!! My kids brought home a whole new positive approach to the game of basketball. They know what INTENSE means, but in a positive way. They practice harder than before and they take pride in how they are able to practice now. They encourage each other even on days when all seems to go wrong. Jumping rope took on a whole different meaning!! It becomes a challenge to get better. The competition between my players grows each practice, which makes my job easier and makes my players accountable to each other. I like that!! It doesn't happen over night, but they can start seeing positive results in as little as 2-3 weeks. Since Jasonís camp, my kids are fired up and really working hard. They are motivating, encouraging and pushing each other in practice and working on their own. Young kids are feeding off the older ones. He has taught them what it takes to become a successful team.

“Jason's camp last summer in Olivet lit a competitive fire within my daughter. She made a workout book and was out practicing the drills that he taught her consistently all summer and fall. It made my daughter what she is today and allowed her to be one of the top point guards in her school conference. She was doing things that no other player was doing in her grade because of what Jason taught her. The commitment to practicing and improving her individual skills and the message he instilled in her continues to push her even harder today.”

I have four boys and each of them have been to various camps throughout the years - shooting, ball handling, and team camps. I had heard about the Otter camps from several people. My youngest son, Matt (8th grade) decided he would like to attend and it was the best decision we ever made regarding camps. The impact Jason had on Matt has been truly impressive. When I talked with Matt about the camp he said it was the best basketball experience he had ever had - this from a kid who has been exposed to pretty much every kind of basketball activity there is. Since the camp, he has developed his own workout routine and is completely entrenched in the Otter philosophy. From what I have seen, Jason has found a way to not only teach incredible skills but to energize players to work hard on their own to be the best player they can be.

Ever since I went to Jasonís camps I have changed entirely. Your camp took my game to the next level, mostly mentally. I used to think scoring was all that matters; now itís winning that matters. Our head coach noticed that I was very vocal, took the ball well and made better decisions with the ball. I continue to strive towards personal and long term goals, sit in the front row of every class, and help others outside of the court as well.

Thank you, Jason for your commitment to what you do. You do it right. Teaching basketball without addressing attitude, leadership and commitment is useless. Your camps are the perfect environment for a youngster to begin their journey to reach the goals they dream about.

Jason Otter is absolutely incredible. I have hired him for the NBA Playerís Associations TOP 100 Camp and have brought him in to work with my own AAU team. He is the hardest worker I have ever seen in a camp setting and players that commit to his program will immediately improve.

We can’t thank you enough for the confidence our son has been playing with. He is averaging over 20 points per game and 7 assists. He has taken his game from relying on 3-point shooting to score to creating shots for himself and his teammates. His leadership on the floor is a direct reflection on what he has learned at your Point Guard Elite Camps. Hard work really does pay off! Thank you, Jason!!!

Thanks for showing my kids, now seniors, and on their Varsity teams the fundamentals, energy and confidence necessary for the game of basketball.

I am very pleased with what Jason taught my son at his camps. He came away with so much more than just basketball skills. What my son learned from Jason in the areas of leadership and attitude has been a tremendous benefit to helping him reach his goals of playing college basketball. Jason has motivated Garrett to a level his mother and I could not imagine. His commitment level to practicing and working out is better than most athletes Iíve seen. In addition, his grades have never been better. He is achieving High Honors and we believe it is a result of the work ethic he developed from your inspiration.

My daughter Alexa who is 9 years old attended your basketball camp. I, as a parent, was very impressed with your energy and obvious love of the game. I donít know if my daughter was ready for such an intense camp. I asked her at the first water break after jump roping what she thought so far and she replied that it was really hard but then she said that she has a lot of work to do to get better. After we got home from the camp, my daughter got out of the car, pulled out her jump rope and started jumping for about 15 minutes, then she started working on her ball handling for another 15 minutes. My daughter has mentioned several of your comments the last few days. I know what you taught has a lasting impression on her. I just wanted to say thanks again for your help. The money we spent on your camp was well worth it!
